To be or not to be.....?

One third of the over 85 yo population in Japan needs to be
institutionalised. Is this in the future for all developed
societies?

When the going gets so tuff
That life’s sanctity is but guff
Whenever enough is enuff
Is that not time to Snuff?

Should we old folk get a little help from a friend?

At any age you might want to at least consider an advanced health care
directive:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advance_health_care_directive

I think in most US states you can even attend a class with
explanations for free including receiving the paper work.
