Anecdotal memories do not justify your unkind words. Do you love your
enemy? Or have you spent your life's work promoting values that you grind
under your heel at the slightest provocation?
It was also the assessment of personal
> experience in the early days of a highly closed school
> lab that use to have outrageously wild parties in its
> early years -wife swap'n, the whole shabang.
This one situation does not, in any way, justify the conclusion that the
phenomenon is widespread, nor does it justify the conclusion that the
immorality they displayed was caused by (or in any other manner
conected to) their scientific theories.
You reason poorly. Here, you commit both errors of composition (because
the subset displays characteristic x, the whole set displays such
characteristic) and the error of the hasty generalization.
Your reasoning abilities are poor. Without the ability to trust the
product of your reasoning, you should be very careful not to come to any
firm consclusions.
And we have seen clearly that your memory fails you. You claimed to be
certain that you remembered there were thousands and thousands of pieces
of evidence for your conclusions, when in fact, there were none. None.
So to conclude: Your memory of facts is defective. You take these false
"facts" and use them to draw fallacious conclusions, which could not be
supported even if your facts had been real.
You sir, are a pathetic, defective source of wisdom.
