One can know that a particular entity does not exist, while not claiming
to know everythig that does exist.
For example, one might ask an oceanographer: "Do underwater puppy dogs
exist that have no lungs or gills?" He can express an arbitrary degree of
certainty in his answer while making NO claim about knowing everthing that
exists in the oceans.
Tell me this: Do little green men exist on the Moon?

The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so
certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts.
