The final farewell concert

Maybe it was the smell of her perfume
The violins that played long in the night
Maybe it was her love of the sound of falling rain
"Go away" she would say to the clouds
"I am doing my washing today" and she would shake her fist at the sky.

As each day passes
And we travel towards the night
The comfort and warmth of darkness
The roar in the sky of plasma jets in our homeworld
We leave our memories where they belong
In the past

The distance grows each day
As Earth that once we knew
Fades
And passes
With stars we passed before
And home lights and welcome
From friends and brothers
Somewhere far in the distance

I've never said that to you. that was other guys,.

No. This is just the web. Those type words are reserved for people
who meet in real life. No love is ever exchanged on the web, except in
people's fantasies.

Again I have never called you names like that. I might have treid to
point out to you that this BORG stuff is a delusion or it's just your
creative writing, but I do not call names. See Gorge for that service.

Do you know which planet(s) the Borg (BORG?) reside on? We could get
with Seth Shostak to target the SETI search there. Communication should
be a cinch. If it would serve any porpoise.

We just do our best. Since no explicit explanation was put to your
words, they are but a Roar-Shack to me. Now you explain. I listen .
I change.

No problem, as the young folk say nowadaze.
> What kind of emotional pain have YOU been through in your life?

Oh, about as much as anybody esle. The only worse ones are the ones
who were tortured or raped or such. And given the iron will
determination of humans to live even given lives not worth living, most
of them pull through too, reaching down deep within to find some sort
of well of inner strength.

I put my faith in us solving our own problems.

Positive self-fulfilling prophecy goes a long way to doing it.
