The TV or television is an inter galactic - universal and multi universal
mode of communication and sharing of interests and knowledge and
entertainment.

It is also sometimes known as "The Tube" and many residences on Earth have
TV.

The TV or Tube forms a huge network of communication and when scientific
advances are known - and matter composition - decomposition - and
transference are discovered - The Tube also operates as a travel system.

You may "tune in" on The Tube to another Universe - another star - another
planet - and by use of a special gadget which naturally only we THE BORG know
about as we invented it - you may enter The Tube - and rematerialize at your
destination - much faster than the speed of light.

Although extra terrestrials can see human TV - humans cannot yet see theirs.
