They become superhumans by being bullied into making up their minds.
They are being forced to become very determined, they are hardened into
big egos and then they are allowed to make love and become even
stronger.

A lot of youngsters are forced become very tough and start defending
themselves, with fists and knifes and shotguns.

Those that refuse are bullied so much that they become crippled for
life, go into psychiatric care or become physically ill or seriously
depressed.

The superhuman culture is like a school yard where a bully gang has the
power.
You have to get tough and use violence to qualify for membership in the
bully gang, to become a superhuman. Or continue to suffer as a victim
of bullying.

This system promotes idiots to the leading positions, and that is why
this world has been a hell for thousands of years.

The leaders are so occupied with being strongminded so they cannot
think clearly.
They waste their time with horse races and crossword puzzles and
sports, a lot of sports.
Or they watch violence in movies and on tv, play violent video games,
or violent computer games. Or they start unnecessary wars or form a
violent street gang, they are obsessed by violence and they are
strongly convinced that they are right.

They invent ideologies to justify what they are doing, like:
"Survival of fittest."
"They have a free will, they can become tough like us and avoid being
bullied more."
"We only treat everybody as we treat each other, and we have learned to
love violence."
The golden rule.
