A point Steven Pinker, "The Blank Slate" made, which was also made by
LeBlanc in "Constant Battles", is that the graveyards of the primitive
hunting tribes show us 20 times the rate of violent assault as seen in
the graveyards of yeoman farmers. While the DNA effect on any given
individual is a crapshoot, and one cannot rely on the characteristics of
a genetic line, the effect on the group as a whole is entirely predictable.

When I came across two studies on minorities by Swedish and German
sociologists, I was hopeful of a less biased report. But I saw the same
high rates of drug, physical, and sexual abuse, alcoholism, divorce, and
the same low rates of education, job satisfaction, and income. They also
noted how the young males had ostentatious wardrobes, walked with what
we'd call a 'barrio swagger', and had trouble with authority figures.

Only thing is, they were talking about the Saami and Gypsies, who are
just as white as I am. Skin color is not an adequate explanation. I
noted however, that whereas these two gene lines are nomads, all the
other white gene pools are yeoman farmers. I note as well that when we
look for other yeoman farming cultures, such as China, Korea, and Japan,
we see the same lower levels of personal violence and what is called
'civilization'. And in Africa, the Brits were amazed at the response of
the Zulu's ability to organize military defense. The diff in this case
being that the Zulu had been moving out of the tropical zone and into
the temperate zone of South Africa with agrarian lifestyles.

Its not egzactly white skin. It turns out there is a red form of
melanin, that like the black, if it is higher, then we can expect higher
levels of adrenalin (which speeds reflexes, but also impulsivity) and
lowers dopamine and seratonin (which sharpens senses, but makes for
restless sleep and increases the effect of alcohol and other drugs
impacting the pleasure center in the amygdala).

Thus, when Jared Diamond 'Collapse", looks at the graveyards of the
Greenland Norse, he see the same high rates of physical trauma we expect
in high melanin hunting tribes. But what we are looking at this time,
are the descendants of Eric The Red, who was kicked out of first Norway,
and then Iceland, because of his violence. Its also been my observation
that red headed lovers are more challenging to deal with. I never knew
one that was stupid. You will havta ask the women what they think of
redheaded men.

"An almost Perfect Match" on CBS' 60 minutes, showed us how a suspect,
who didnt quite match the DNA data, when they looked for the same
markers among his male kin, found the rapist. There is an increasing
body of data on the markers, and we should begin to think about how to
deal with that. One option mite be to supplement dopamine and seratonin
in childhood so that when the boys reach puberty, they can deal with the
amplification that comes with testosterone increases. Denial that DNA
has no effect in the name of racial equality makes things worse.

And things are getting worse cause those who are least able to adapt to
modern culture are breeding faster, subsidized by those who are able,
and make the money to pay the taxes. Moreover, this growing pool of the
various minorities, when they vote, support demagogues pandering to
their ethnicity and religion, and dont support those who are for a more
sustainable environment and sounder long term fiscal policy. The result
is that the USA is headed for banana republic status.

Former US Comptroller David M. Walker has been talking about 53 trillion
in unfunded entitlement liabilities. And not getting anywhere with the
electorate doing so. This could very easily lead to financial meltdown
as the global financial community quits coming up with the money that it
now buys US Treasury notes with. The result of that could easily be the
rapid dissolution of the Untied States of denial, with those states that
see they still have real assets quit paying federal taxes and trade more
directly with the global economy leaving those states with high levels
of retirees and welfare cases to fend as best they can.

Whatever remains of the global or continental market will tend to
support those states and communities that have higher ratios of stable
competent workers, and withdraw investment from those that have more who
rely on entitlements. Those political systems which consider the effect
of DNA endowment, or lack thereof, will see more competent teachers
apply, and any community offering fertility clinic services to young
women to ramp up production of an even more functional generation will
receive more investment as well as more competent families wanting their
own kids in schools that, as a result, can spend more on gifted classes
and less on remedial education.

And if we are to deal with the multitude of environmental disasters that
have been produced so far, we will need to dramatically ramp up the
birth rate of the competent people we need to deal with it. Inasmuch as
the competent women we already have are busy with their careers, one
option is fertility clinic services for women who want motherhood as a
career instead.
