'!The US military is training psychiatrists to
interrogate to interrogate terrorism suspects,
in defience of internationaly agreed codes of
conduct which bar doctors from involvement to
interrogation' zero defence?

New Scientist Setember 12, 2008

As recall a prancing interrogator on VD of many many
ED QUALS making no bones about having one of the
most, if not the toppermost the highest and most
powerful and bashfully insecure pieces of paper
in the world (if only he had signed it, etc !)

Iwonder what it said on there? any?

Its the new Bush doctrine: now any country can interrogate prisoners
in any way they want, just like Americans do, right?
