On The BBC tonight, 28th May, is a shock programme showing how
psychiatrists in the UK colluded in locking up teenagers for life in
mental institutions for having, what was in 1910-20, an untreatable
disease - typhoid.

The impoverishment and destruction of these young lives by the
institutional might of psychiatry continued until the 1990's when, by
then, most of these incarcerated people had died in their institutions
after 70 years of confinement. See the programme tonight, BBC1, at

Psychiatry has never had people's interests at heart. They are
modern-day, elitist posturing, travelling salesmen, merchants of quack
elixers and similar consumables, who offer no more to this plot than
career, power, and money.
