Oh Boy, another "List" thread.
This all very subjective. My list for top 'five', last to first, is thus
(pretty plebian):

5. I can't Get No Satisfaction -- Rolling Stones
4. Hey Jude -- Beatles
3. Suite: Judy Blue Eyes -- Crosby,Stills,Nash
2. California Hotel -- Eagles
1. Stairway to Heaven of course

Best Video:
Money for Nothing - Dire Straits

Most socially Impacting:
Blowin' in the Wind - Bob Dylan

i'm imagining your list is a poetical message to your friend the borg
and a small attempt at defining your own personal points of view. i'm
not going to go any deeper than that because it becomes to freudian
and therefore "scary.."

so here goes.

You're lonely.
> 4. Hey Jude -- Beatles

You wish happiness upon the borg.
> 3. Suite: Judy Blue Eyes -- Crosby,Stills,Nash

my memory cannot currently recall the theme of this song.

the newsgroup.
