Day,
Having found the chat place hidden in
hillaryclinton.com ago, I saw
where queries
were handled, too bad you got the robot bit. That happened to me when
I visited
the Obama site and left several versions of questions, not answered to
date, and
received the videos and solicitations ad nauseam. Methinks such occurs
to many
of us. I tended to communicate directly through their offices pre
Obama. I wrote
a nasty gram to Hillary post the Iraq invasion vote because I wanted
her to tell
me why her constituents concerns were more important than not
believing Bush
and Cheney as my atheist self and my spouse standing with Quakers on
Whittier
corners did not believe their rationale for a crafty run up to the
invasion. Although
her answer was lengthy, personalized and responsive, I did not agree,
but then
I was not living in NY and responding to those fearful folks who
ensured their
Senator reacted as directed. Her apology last year did not wipe the
slate clean.
Being sympathetic to her stance however well reasoned at the time did
not make
me agree with anyone who voted on what they thought or believed at
that time. I
knew the principals and knew they were without principles and insisted
others
share my view, long before the invasion...;> I refused to accept the
premise
she detailed post 9/11, but her other work for Vets and so much unseen
in the
press impressed with its diligence and the outcomes. An able
responsive sort...
Her following is larger than msm may know. On several lists I see many
of all ages
who are still appalled about the outcome, but that was pre-ordained,
imo. Zero
probability of a woman as president, imo. Friends in London and
elsewhere hope
Obama is wise enough to pair with Clinton who knows the ropes and
speaks
so graciously of him even as he falters here and there. Re: your NA
observations,
they jibe with what I see from a relative who does Diabetes Fitness
work on a CA
reservation. She sees a resurgence of a more natural order vice those
misogynists
elsewhere.
My Wicca chums and Druid forebears smile at your concluding
remarks...;>
