Some people are not as able to express their ideas as others. They still
want to express their ideas of course, so they post articles that
successfully express their ideas instead of trying to put it in their
own words.

Other's post the articles to incite a reaction. Maybe they don't agree
with the article and want to see how others will respond.

I'm guessing though, I generally don't do it myself.
