can I hav epermission to discuss somebody who really loved me and was
involved in the neuclear diarmament of Iran Iraq and who is now
(sadly ) dead ?

It isn't necessary to ask consent to discuss what you want to
discuss.

Should you explicitly tie-in or relate the contents to philosophy,
then that should be relevant to me & the others.

In my opinion: Since you are anonymous, say what you truly think is
reality, and try to explain the reasons why line is addressed to everybody, me included>
