Just finished another great party game of Celebreties - do you know
it?
Each player writes 5 (or any chosen number) of names on slips of
paper. Any names. Sports figures, politicians, movie stars, authors,
singers, cartoon characters, ancient kings, friends and relatives,
anything.
Now draw lots to split into two teams (Red vs Blue, Good vs
Evil, ...). Pick a time limit (30, 45, 60 seconds - no more).
Now take turns drawing slips from the hat and giving your team clues
to guess the (exact) name written on the slip. When you finish one,
grab the next and keep going. Get as many as you can before time runs
out.
Next a turn from a member from the other team, etc., until the hat is
empty.
You will empty the hat THREE TIMES.
First time, talk as fast and long as you want until someone guesses.
("Cartoon character who shoots Bugs Bunny, talks wike, this, first
name same as a famous glue...")
Second time, it's the same hat full of names but you can only say
three words ("Shoot Bugs Bunny").
Third time, no words - mime only.
