There's nothing wrong with posting through Google.
In fact, Verizon no longer gives access to the alt.*
newsgroups. A number of ISPs are removing access
to various newsgroups in an attempt to wipe out
exploitation of the children. Or something. Google
is the future of Usenet, insofar as it has one.
