Another advantage I'd like to add:
Lease of space in the ocean shall be major revenue for a very hurting
Treasury.
The boss of Gulf Oil made the driller case on CNBC busineess cable
this morning, and host Joe Kernan asked him most of the relevant
questions which the oil bastarde finessed pretty well.
My position: The USA has had 37 years to prepare for oil shock II,
including the pollutionsituation of the fossil fuel economy
dependency, which is manifestly as bad as dope dependecy itself.
Now after the prize horse (economy advantages) has been lost, we are
belatedly locking that (instable) stable
Allow me to cuss: @#$%%^&*()__+ EVERBODY & HIS BROTHER KNEW A RECKONING
WAS COMING
My first priority must be the security, the ultimate independence &
sovereignty of the U,S.
The pollution symbolism-situation, the pristine undisturbed beauty of
Arctic Alaska & of the coasts, and the Green agenda (imho) aren't
FIRST priority
The "anti-Westerners" cannot be allowed to control the U.S. economy,
which appears to me as tragically inevitable without energy
independence or lessening dependence
The folks are duly pissed, and the GOP is thus exploiting the drilling
shite for its every f'ing political point.
Democrats certainly know what's happening, and there will be approval
when the House resumes.
