You changed it because the OP exposed the violent tendencies of gun
nutters.

The OP was a little paranoid about individuals
having guns. That's all. Would shooting Hitler
be a Good Thing or a Bad Thing? It's a simple
question. Quit dodging.

Well, now it's bigoted to say it would be a Good Thing
for an individualist to have shot Hitler? Typical of your
Stalinist Alice in Wonderland thinking.

So Brat, is Huey Long your hero? Here's what famous people think of him (wikipedia):
<< Roosevelt considered Long a radical demagogue. The president privately said of Long that along
with General Douglas MacArthur, "[H]e was one of the two most dangerous men in America." Roosevelt
later compared...

Are you using Long to try to justify assassinations of public
officials?

Why didn't some gun nut just shoot Long as provided by the 2nd
Amendment?

Hey, there are hundreds of public officials around the world whose
assassinations I would cheer ecstatically. And I'm not even a member of the
NRA.

I could be wrong about Huey Long. Maybe it's debatable
that he was a fascist. But if he was a fascist, as so many
claim, then wasn't it a good thing his political career got
punctuated by a lone gunman? And the really simplest
question of all is:
Would the assassination of Hitler be a Bad Thing?
This space left for further dodging:-------->
