Thats a hard question really, one said in a way that it seems like
there is a simple answer. I always say go to your public library and
look around the 100s and check out a few introductions to philosophy
and try and read them until you find one you like and read through it
quick, read another one and so on till you have read about six, then
you'll probably have western philosophy down and you could move on to
world philosophy or particular philosophers in the 190s. It helps if
you can go to various branches of your library system. Books store are
not very good for this goal. Here is a long list I was going to make
