Are you saying that you are in the US legally or illegally (as defined
by the laws of the US)?

If you are here legally, then the above comments do not apply to you.
If you are here ilegally, are you proposing that there are certain
laws that you do not need to obey? Who decides (and how do you
decide) which laws fall into that group?

As far as your historical narrative goes, are you claiming that your
ancestors never conquered/migrated to what is now known as
California? Are you saying they simply sprang up from the dust in the
ground? If not, then based upon your argument you would need to
return the land to whoever they took it from.
