Lottery Bias Winning Numbers Apparently Deduced Successfully With Math Formula

Given that a cousin doesn't work for the accounting firm, state
lottery or tv station didn't fix anything:

His claim has to do with math logic, though I couldn't prove it by
utilizing monkey-scratching algebra et cetera

I suppose he calculated using frequent winning numbers, and it indeed
worked (probably after beaucoup attempts), but then why did he buy the
same number combination at four different locations which is odd
(suspicious)

70%% of the winning numbers in that lottery are machine selected.

The lottery is just a tax on stupidity.

I checked and the lottery selections are made by a random number
generator. If a person know which generator and how the seed values
are selected they may be able to narrow down the number of selections.

The lottery commission shouldn't be using an algorithmic random number
generator because of the possibility someone gaining an advantage.
