The survey group was probably no more sophisticated. Stupidity begets.
Toss that study and anyone who gives it credence. Besides, if it were
correct, then pity poor England. The only thing the kids will be
qualified for is carrying on like a fool in Parliament. And Americans
think the Jerry Springer show is stupid? Parliament for sure.
