And yet you omit the beastly joy of the lioness as she clamps down on
the nose and mouth of a buffalo whilst other members of the pride tear
open the belly of the suffocating, but still alive animal, and gorge
themselves on its internal organs. Is it beauty in the raw for the
scavenger as it steals the still pulsating buffalo intestines from
the lions jaw?
