Let's talk about something really important.

How do we want to live?

How do we want the society work?

If we forget about all old models and labels and start from scratch,
what do we really want, how would our best possible society work?

Do we want a society based on exchange, "if you don't you shall not
eat either"?
If we want a society based on exchange we need a money system, to
simplify the exchange.

If we base our society on exchange we have to start mending it from
the start, because all people do not have anything to exchange with.

So we need a tax system to redistribute resources from those who have
to those who do not have. Like child support, pensions, support to
handicapped and people who are ill.
Study support so children and youngsters are not forced to start
working at 5 years of age. It is better if they go to school instead.

We will need a gigantic administration to keep track of who gets what
and how much money goes that way and this way. There will be criminals
who steal money, people gambling for money, people who pay money and
worry about money, etc..

I'd like to quote from a song I've had going round my head all day:

I'm a lazy good for nothing
Maybe - but I do know one thing
I know what I want from this life
I want to live in a dream

I don't want to have to worry
About little things like money
I want the world to take care of me
I want to live in a dream

I want to live in a dream
I suppose the real world is ok
But I'd much rather
Make my own up any day

Ah, Roger. Still absorbed in your utopian fantasy, eh?

No need to go any further than this. The "we" dooms your fantasy from the
start. It implies that there is one particular way to live that "we" will
all prefer. But of course there is not.

You can't ask "How do you want to live?" to a "we." You have to ask each
individual comprising the "we." And you will get as many answers as there
are individuals. So the only way you can please all members of the "we" is
to construct a society in which each of those individuals may live as he or
she wishes.
