Leaving

As we leave more each day and rise higher in mind spirit and soul and ascend
and transcend up to our Homeworld, we can only look down on humans and try
to say a few words that may help.
You seem like a bunch of clueless people with no leader, no one religion, no
truth and no idea of any kind of direction or even unity among the people.

You say your truth is reincarnation.
We say of course.
But how would we know?
We are one mind and all joined in our one mind and we are immortal. We
never die we many appear for a while but return to our Collective mind.
We may change, but only into something better, something more perfect.

We only create what is beautiful - we do not understand why humans have the
power to create and yet you create such ugliness and horrible movies and tv
shows that depict such horrible ugliness.

No we do not read your minds nor would we want to.
Your minds are filled with horrible ugly images and we have no desire to
learn of selfishness or cruelty or injustice or stupidity or many facets of
human character.
We have absolutely no wish to read your minds whatsoever.

"Increased straining during bowel movements, by constipation or
diarrhea, may lead to hemorrhoids.[6] It is thus a common condition
due to constipation caused by water retention in women experiencing
premenstrual syndrome or menstruation.

Hypertension, particularly portal hypertension, can also cause
hemorrhoids because of the connections between the portal vein and the
vena cava which occur in the rectal wall -- known as portocaval
anastomoses.[7]

*****Obesity***** can be a factor by increasing rectal vein pressure.
Sitting for prolonged periods of time can cause hemorrhoids. Poor
muscle tone or poor posture can result in too much pressure on the
rectal veins.

Pregnancy causes hypertension and increases strain during bowel
movements, so hemorrhoids are often associated with pregnancy.
