I'm just getting started with BCM, and I'm having problems. I right-clicked a few email messages and chose "Link To", then linked them to the appropriate contact in BCM. However, when I finish that and then open the contact, the email message I just linked does not appear in the contact's history. I can not get a new account I create in Outlook 2007 to appear as a new customer in Accouting 2008. It works just fine the other way around, if I create a new customer in Accounting, it appears as a new account in BCM. But, that is ... how BCM says it is to be. In the help file, it saya when you create a new account, it should prompt you to "link to account", I never get that prompt.
