Jungle Law - AGAIN

Jungle law is an underpinning for a type of social and political
philosophy, it seems. Here, on this NewsGroup and I suspect radio and TV
shows, it serves as a rational for many things but most typically that of
either racial or cultural animosity. So I am going to say a few things
about it.

I will be setting up a "Straw Man". However any position that seems out
of bounds with what is believed I hope will be pointed out by others.

What It Is:

"Law Of The Jungle" is a recognition of 'real life'. How humans really
are. It is a 'brutal truth' in nature and as such all of human nature.

The base tenets to Jungle Law are: Kill or be killed. Dominate or be
dominated. The contention is between some 'natural group' and another
'natural group'. The Natural Group usually is drawn along racial lines
but it also can be drawn along lines of ethnicity or nationality or both
or all.

You got to great length....
Jungle law is simple:
'The strong rule the weak and the clever rule the strong"

That we admonish it's influence, it remains the foundation upon which our
civility was constructed and cannot be escaped [much as foundation stone can
be removed from a building without it falling down].

Doesn't using jungle law lead to darwinian arguments and predatory
justification? Fascism used jungle law didn't it?

Yes, I do and will continue to do so.

Civility was constructed upon law. Human law. Ideas of justice to which
humans subjugated themselves. The seed, this foundation was started when
the person WITH power and with dominance subjugated themselves to this.

It is in defiance of this idea of jungle law. This defiance is part of
humanity. I say this only because this concept of law has such a deep
history across all cultures.

I think you are mistaken. The attempt at 'escape', as you put it, defines
all human progress. These attempts are the stones. A better design to
your analogy might be that this building is being erected in an
environment, at times hostile and at times benign. Like weather.
