You just don't get it. Not every Jew, much less everyone else,
believes the lie that you were brainwashed into, namely that the Torah
is to be idolized. We consider THAT a very serious form of idolotry
that falsifies entirely the Jewish religion. The Jewish religion to
us is about the experience of Moses and other sages with the angels of
HaShem, and we don't even believe that HaShem is necessarily JHVH.
HaShem is the true name of the LORD of creation. There is very good
reason within the Torah itself to believe that JHVH is not HaShem.

In other words, just as you have been taught to leave your mind at the
door when you enter synagogue, so we have been taught to put on our
thinking caps when we enter synagogue.

1. I first wish to discuss Christianity.
2. The Torah is G-d's word to the Jewish people. I don't idolize the
Torah,
I do what it says, because G-d says to follow it.

Does this show that I'm wrong? I think it is fair to say that when
Zondervan
make a claim that the NIV is close to the UBS 3rd Edition, means that
90%% of the time
they follow the text. Nobody is saying that they have to use all of
it 100%% of the time.

The NIV is accepted by most Protestant Christians today as a standard
- especially in America,
with the exception of the NASB.

Not my Elohim, punk. You keep your false abusive God to yourself. We
worship Jehoshua Moshiach, the true LORD G-D of Israel. And we
worship ABBA = BABAJI. And if this conception of G-D turns out not to
be true, we continue our spiritual quest. We know what we want, and
it ain't what you got, that's for sure.

The source for this is the Comprehensive New Testament -
http://www.cornerstonepublications.org/prod01.htm

It maps over 15,000 textual variants against 20 major English
Versions. It also categorizes the 15,000 textual variants into the
textual families i.e. Alexandrian, Byzantine, etc.
