It's worse then mere "wait care"...

...it's clearly "death care".

So much for the socialized medicine which is about to be foisted on
us. Just so you are aware of what we will have to endure.

We can trade anecdotes until the cows come home, but I'd rather live
in the uk with a basic level of health AND the choice of something
better that I can provide with health insurance (cheaper than the run-
away health costs of the insurance-hype culture with hospital coca-
cola at $25 per can) as good as anyting in the USA, rather than live
with the sick 5 million people in the USA without any form of health
care at all.

As a fucking parasite of the productive.

The simple fact is, you fucking dumb dimbulb knuckle-dragging commie
cunt, if you are not paying the entire cost of your own health care,
then some other and usually its the poor cunt, is.

The rich dont give a fuck about the cost of health care because they
have a choice, the poor dont have a choice and commie cunts like
chazzzz dont want them to ever have that choice, why? because he'd
rather sponge off them, the poor instead.

The state system sets the price of the private system.

THINK ABOUT IT, stealing ONE fucking dollar off a tax payer, spending
99%% of that same dollar on anything and every fucking thing BUT the
tax payer's health care and then pretending that the state is doing
better job with a dollar that the tax payer could spend ALL of it on
HIMSELF in his time of need.

I don't see your point at all.

I had to wait 3 months to see a specialist here in the US with a
well-known healthcare plan, so that takes care of the so-called
"waiting forever" senerio scare tactic, used by US insurance companies
for ages.

Its also very common for insurance companies to refuse to pay for
treatment with certain procedures or medications for some patients.

Fact is that 1 out of 7 Americans don't have ANY health insurance at
all.

There's reasons why I always seriously doubt claims made by professed
extremists, and spin doctors on ng's, that twist reality out of all
proportion to the facts of matters in an obsessive drive to make a
philosophical point, and Fred is a classic. I didn't call Fred slick the
other day for nothing. It wasn't a compliment either.

Fred has presented a news story from the UK, as more "evidence" for a claim
that the USA has superior Health Care services.

I agree. They have...umm...some sort of...well...something.

But 7million Brits are voting with their wallets and have private
health insurance - and the number keeps growing. The injustice is that
in addition to the premiums they have to pay for their own insurance,
they are also required to pay for everyone else.

This is precisely the same deal with education. Yes, our kids,
get...some sort of...education in the public schools.

That's the future we are looking at right now - mediocrity - unless
this statist trend can be reversed.

And, incidentally, the alternative is not what we have in the US now
which is a deadly mix of gov't controls and subsidies combined with
highly regulated private insurance - all designed to dramatically
raise the cost of health care, even to the extent that it has spiraled
out of control.

The solution is to get the gov't out of health care entirely.

Just as we should get it out of education - and for precisely the same
reason.
