One diff is seen from the bottom up. History has been written by the
scribes in the pay of the warrior elite, so we dont often see what
really went on. But for instance, in "Life in a Medieval Village",
compiled from the Lord's court records going all the way back to the
12th century, presents us with a remarkable view of what life was like
for ordinary people.

This English midlands village was so out of the way that none of the
armies that repeatedly swept across Europe burned the records. In the
12th century the lord donated the place to an abby, so from then on,
the "lord" was the abbot. Yet we see the people still carried on with
pagan traditions like "jumping the broom" for year and a day contrcts
of mated life, at the end of which they could either renew or divy it
up.

Then too, there's the time when the Abbot tried to increase taxes, and
the whole village moved into the forest, in effect going on strike.
That was not possible in the Roman, Byzantine, Moslem, Mogol, or
Chinese empires. There simply was not enuf forest to sustain a long
strike.

Barford, "The Early Slavs" notes how the Roman legions became slave
raiders, and in time a band of land, 100-200km wide, from the Rhine to
the Danube was entirely depopulated but for the predatory bandit
gangs, like the "Allmani", who were joined together only in their
desire for revenge. Barford notes how it was the "Slavs" who first
moved into this abandoned territory, which after a couple decades grew
up into dense bush like after a clearcut.

They pioneered by making low profile dugout, earth bermed cabins that
could not be seen by passing social predators. No way to do that in
the other empires either; the populations were just too high. The
Plagues which swept thru Europe also contributed to the lower
population, and the darwinian pressure for only those who were fit and
self controlled enuf to manage their own resources would survive the
winter.

But either way, in the English village or the rest of Europe, we are
not talking about a bloodline. The DNA reveals there are 60 Y
chromosome lines in Europe, many of which are also in the Levant. The
difference between the 'whites' and the non-whites is not the men, but
the *women*.

Sykes, "The Seven Daughters of Eve" reports there are only 7
indigenous mtDNA lines in Europe. 9 if you count a couple more found
only in Finland. the Levant has scores. Africa over 140, with other
gene pools in the range.

Smart girls could pick a responsible man and flee into the forest to
homestead; everywhere else all the women were tribal, controlled by
the warrior classes, and in harems. In Europe, only the smart girls
were wise enuf to select a mate able to meet the responsibility of
supporting a family without the cooperation of a tribe or alpha male
power structure. Airheads werent able to rely on sex appeal to stay in
the gene pool.

To be sure, there have been towns, cities, and political structures in
Europe that kept them around, but its only when you look closely at
the data that you realize that while the king could go wherever he
wanted, he only did so if he had a large enuf cavalry escort. You dont
havta read much of European literature to pick up on the fear they had
of the great forests, which still cover much of Europe, and grow even
faster because of the wetter climate the other empires lacked.

Roman General Varus walked into the Black Forest with 24000 men in 9
AD, and never walked out. Some of the grandsons of the Roman emperor
died with him, as well as the sons of about every senatorial family in
Rome. There has never been anything like that in the history of all
other empires. It was over 150 times as many as died with Custer on
the Little Big Horn.

Altho we think of them as "white people", its not skin color. Swedish
and German sociologists produced studies of minorities that look
familiar- high rates of crime, drug abuse, alcoholism, & divorce, with
low rates of education & income, with an antagonistic attitude twards
authority figures, an ostentatious male wardrobe, and a curious
walking gait (barrior swager).

Only problem is, they were writing about the Saami and Gypsies, who
are just as white as I am. the diff is that only these two tribes were
not yeoman farmers, but nomadic herders. Which is not that different
from the descendants of the herders who now populate the Arab world.

These yeoman farmers have lived in obscurity all over Europe for
10,000 years, and that lifestyle has had a genetic effect. A very
similar lifestyle emerged in China, Korea, and Japan, and when the
descendants of these groups intermarry, nobody in either family is
worried about the acceptability of the children to either community.
There are innate social responses they all inherited which work well
on both ends of the Asian land mass.

While certainly hybrids with other races sometimes prove to be
marvelously well adapted, perhaps even more so to the changes brought
by modern life, there are also large numbers who inherited conflicting
behavior patterns from the different lines, and have a really hard
time coping with the cognitive dissonnace. They want the security of
the nuclear family home, but then are too restless to want to stay in
it.

Then too, in Europe as everywhere else, the warior elites bred savage
men for their goon squads the same as they bred pit bulls. Hominds are
not that different from other mammals. And while they have always been
useful, now, "Smith & Wesson guarantee equal rights for smart women",
and their instinctive efforts to control women no longer work. They
suffer, as Neitzsche put it, the 'Rancor of the impotent', and require
careful case management; at least until middle age when the
testosterone levels decline.

Some gene pools have rather more men with this genetic condition than
others, and need to be handled very differently. We find that
demagogues are particularly successful among them.
