I thought the Bush administration used the constitution to wipe their
asses with. Thats why they needed the Patriot Act to take advantage of
the "browned out" parts of the document, the 5th and 14th ammendmant.
That is we cannot see our rights because of the shit-stains on the
document.

And the Democrats came by, laughed at you, and passed the FISA - again.
Maybe they know something you obviously don't.

You're a crank, son: a crank.

The argument is just as stupid as the title
How can you "insult" a document ?
This is the same mindset that claims you can "insult" a book like the
Koran

Why don't you start by learning English as a start ?

This article is beneath comment. Just suffice it to say that you have
no clue what you're talking about.

Hint: It wasn't the "NRA" - the big bad mean-spirited gun nut lobby -
that ruled on the 2nd am., it was the Supreme Court of the United
States. See the difference?

It's the same way that "guns kill people". It's a primitive religion
known as "animism" which ascribes human properties to inanimate
objects.

You are looking at the word "militia" with today's view.

You really need to go read the writing of the time to understand what
the word militia meant at the time the Constitution was written.

The Militia Act of 1792 required every able-bodied free male to keep a
"musket or firelock".

"That the Militia of the United States shall consist of each and
every free, able bodied male citizen of the respective States,
resident therein, who are or shall be of the age of eighteen
years, and under the age of forty-five years" - Militia Act of 1792

"...the entire able-bodied population of a state; or a private force,
not under government control. - http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/militia

"...a million of citizens with arms in their hands" - James Madison

You're both looking at the word "militia" as if it had any bearing on
the discussion.
