Roger Cohen, NY TIMES columnist attempts to explain how Robert Mugabe
gets away with
such mis-governance, while his people so severely simultaneously
suffer
Cohen seems to me to hold that the neighboring & apparently respected
South African leader is petulant about yesteryear's racism to the
point of tragedy in rationalizing for Mugabe
Thus it's bad for Zimbabwe that now octengenarian Mugabe shall
seemingly reign until incapacity or death from natural causes
Mr. Mugabe, if you should read this, sir, please consider restoring
your heroic name & resign in the best interest of Africa

A Zim ex pat friend of mine knew Mugabe, and told me of the billions
he salted away since being in power.

It would be nice if all people who are abusing power would resign in
the best interest of us all.
