The Victorian Aboriginal community shot each other in the proverbial
ass cheek.

Interferences cause more harm than good in urban/regional Aboriginal
Communities?

FACT: The Victorian Government has “No Power to make Laws for
Aboriginal People.”
The Victorian Government is trying to deny this position.

The Victorian Government has No Authority to sanction self appointed
elders to positions of authority while ignoring persons whom have
assented to the lore of their traditions.
Without the preservation of song lines through ceremony there can be
no spiritual connection to land:
Without the ceremonial assent to the lore there are no traditional
owners.
With out the recognition of the sacred chamber of Lore, The rightful
Kings and spiritual leaders, elders of all Aboriginal people family’s
clans and clan nations for the united aboriginal nations there are no
traditional owners.
