The Victorian Aboriginal community shot each other in the proverbial
ass cheek.

Interferences cause more harm than good in urban/regional Aboriginal
Communities?

FACT: The Victorian Government has “No Power to make Laws for
Aboriginal People.”
The Victorian Government is trying to deny this position.

The Victorian Government has No Authority to sanction self appointed
elders to positions of authority while ignoring persons whom have
assented to the lore of their traditions.
Without the preservation of song lines through ceremony there can be
no spiritual connection to land:
Without the ceremonial assent to the lore there are no traditional
owners.
With out the recognition of the sacred chamber of Lore, The rightful
Kings and spiritual leaders, elders of all Aboriginal people family’s
clans and clan nations for the united aboriginal nations there are no
traditional owners.

There are no traditional owners, without due respect and consultation
with the Aboriginal embassies.

The Victorian Government throwing money at the wrong people and
organizations has achieved very little and will continue to divide and
confuse, allowing encouraging the very same people that have
misappropriated diverted and just out right stolen millions of dollars
to feather their own nests without question.

Alas that was their intention and all those “would be traditional
owners” have taken the bait. Successfully disempowered by the money
they accept from the enemy disguised as a government that cares.
A Government, which falsely claims and assumes an authority they do
not possess,
Funding handed to so called elders, self appointed spokes people, who
clearly have no claim having no possibility to prove spiritual
connection to land, not having been born in this state.

Recognition and funding of other indigenous peoples e.g. torres strait
islanders as though they were Australian Aboriginals is inappropriate
if they want funding it must be separated from the funding available
to the individuals and incorporated body’s sanctioned by the kings and
spiritual leaders and must only benefit Australian Aboriginals and all
their descendants.
Proof of Aboriginality is by the constitution (116) unachievable.
Any claim to sovereignty unless Aboriginal or of Aboriginal descent is
not recognized according to the traditional lore by the SACRED CHAMBER
LORE the right full authority and owners of the BEDROCK sanctioned
from the foundation of the world from time immemorial.
Remember that ignorance is no defence under any man made law or lore
from the creator.
