As far as the first two references are concerned, you might as well
have thrown in a website pointing to Dr. Seuss as well. Those
"popular" articles have as little bearing to science as the good Dr.
The third and fourth sites are in turn, so far removed from the first
two that it makes me wonder what common thread you find in them.

The 4th article is a treatise on the mind/brain dichotomy and says
absolutely nothing about bio computers.

it seems like you encountered the first article, made some astonishing
assumptions, then googled "brain" to find the other articles to back
up your claim.

Your assumptions are wrong anyway. just because brains and computers
both process data, doesn't mean you can apply the method by which
computers work to brains. brains don't have operating systems, nor do
they have flashing lights, spinning disks, or links to the internet.
