Several considerations. Pain, Fear, no off switch. And we still can't
explain consciousness. Is there a 'will'? Why am I alive there Fred? Why
am I awake, and experiencing all this? How do you shut this damn thing off
without pain, and without evoking the fear that prevents the shut off?
Where do these come from? I'd much rather hear about how you have licked
your own fear and pain and if you've found your own off switch. God...how
we need an off switch!!! [your inspiration]
