Human presumption

I think it is totally amazing what people assume some times.

I was just watching a documentary about the extinction of the dinosaurs.

The conclusion was, "No one knows for sure what happened to the dinosaurs."

How could anyone be so bold as to make such a statement? Someone's
grandmother in Kentucky may have figured it out in first grade, but no one
ever quite saw it her way or even understood her.

Such a bold statement even almost assumes that alien life traveling to Earth
does not exist, whom very well may have witnessed the extinction of the
dinosaurs.

Why are humans so bold as to make absolute statements about everyone all the
time?

I doubt if by "knows for sure" was meant to refer to complete
certainty but instead meant no one knows how to "determine whether"
they went extinct from a large meteor, a massive comet shower from the
ring of comets n the edge of the solar system, or from ecological
catastrophe from plural volcanic eruptions.

10 millions Americans certainly CAN be wrong!
If you look at the state of Earth - it is obvious that 10 million Americans
ARE wrong!

Time always proves such presumptions wrong.

The great assumptions begin with, "Everyone knows for sure..."
