Actually that is the coordinate system you would have to use
to "map" the universe, A non moving system wide coordinate system.

I am not confusing anything here.
I understand how 3D systems work very well.
and it is you that does not understand a system wide coordinate
system for the universe.
It is the only way you can actually map the universe.
