Which is why we each ask "self". To 'do better' we each need to 'know
better'.

Its natural.

Of course, it is absolutely and totally impossible to prove to to
others. It just appears that way, until we are at least receptive to
the possibility of 'self', then we realize where all the frustration
came from (clue...it was never from others:-), and hence, the
solution.

Scepticism is a barrier between knowing and believeing. Very healthy
as long as it doesnt dominate.
