How do you tell a man how much you really love him without making
yourself feeling embarassed for doing it.
Being in love is the most draining part of ones life, it is draining
mentally, psychologically ,physically and it's just crazy but there is
no way you could stop it from happening nor from being trapped in this
state. It's worst than hormone.

Being in love is wonderful - you hear music no one else can hear - you see
only the other person's eyes - you walk hand in hand and your world and your
dreams are each other. Earth goes out of focus and becomes soft as you look
through the eyes of love.
Does not sound like what you are experiencing is being in love - sound more
like some mathematical formula or process.

Tell him you really need to get something off of your chest. Then say
something like you did above. It sounds good to me.

This depends on the reasons you can give for being embarrassed. Is it
because of the possibility of rejection and or having to be around him
after being rejected? You could just risk it and tell anyway, you
could work on your thought process that triggers embarassement, you
could keep quiet and try to be the kind of friend he flls in love
with. Any other possibilties, aside from straight out stalking him?
