Instead of - " to be is to be perceived " - (mind precedes matter), it
should have been - " to be is to perceive " - (matter precedes mind).
According to present day theory the total energy in this Universe was
preset at the moment of its emergence, and thermodynamics tell us that
each of its parts must 'sense' how much energy it's being used in
relation to the whole.
Each object that moves (and they all move) in space must follow the
laws of energy conservation. But how else could the Universe 'sense'
how much energy is being used by some galaxy 5 billion light years
away if it wasn't through hyperspace... momentum space... a non-
material medium from which all matter and space emerges as a product
of active information?

Mind is antecedent to matter in both these scenario's, not just the
first one.

No. The aether is antecedent.
Aether means maker, or the fire that builds.
Aether is 'that which is' because it is immutable and eternal. Aether
then turns into these little brains with eyeballs and a body to carry
it in order to exist an ever changing material existence.
God does not have a brain, therefore can't see, nor think.

God created itself? WOW what out of? HOW did it begin to create itself
if nothing existed to get itself started from?
Have you run this idea of yours past the pope?

Out of energy.
I don't need to tell the Pope, he knows about it.

Oh so god didn't create energy?
