You are correct. I had his consulting business on my mind when I
wrote it, and failed to notice when I proof-read.

Had it been the result of unexpected medical bills, or other such
occurrence out of his control, some compassion could and should be
given. However, it's the direct result of his fraud being exposed
that actually lead to it.
