Half of All Lawyers Are Losers

Basically there's a winner and a loser to each court case. Average it
all out and half of all lawyers lose most of their cases.

That's partly why alcholism is so prevalent amongst lawyers.

The fact that 90+%% of the no name SSI mental disability recipients on
misclegal are losers all the time does not change the above truth.

98%% of all lawyers make the rest look bad.

Come to think of it, less than half of all lawyers could account for over
half of won cases, easily. ...

OK, let's assume this is true.

Now, tell us how you "averaged" that out. Show your work. Remember that
multiple lawyers may work on one case, and that each lawyer has a different
case load. Be sure to look up the number of lawyers and cases.

What's your excuse?

That doesn't change the fact that half lose most of their cases.

It's just a matter of logic. No calculations are required.

Then you'ld have to divy up the victories -- a lawyer on a 5 man
winning team would get 1/5th of a victory -- and the result would be
the same.

There's no getting around the fact that half of all lawyers lose most
of their cases.

That doesn't change the fact that half lose most of their cases.

That was just an example. Alternately, 1/4 of all lawyers could be big
losers and account for 3/4 of lose cases.

Losing a lot of parket ticket cases but winning a few big torts would
be an example of a _rich_ "loser lawyer."

Clearly all victories are not always considered equal.

There is not one iota of logic in your assertion. Are you on drugs or
something? Get help. Get a life.

Here is how Cahill functions: he finds a statement he thinks is clever
and repeats it without reflection as if it were a mantra. I'd say that
the great majority of his posts are made without thought. He's a time
sucker. Killfile him.
