I don't think that's the issue or solution. The "they" you mention can
actually be determined, and named.

Evil has nothing to do with it. Human nature has a history of people doing
whatever it is they can get away with. If you leave the barn yard door open,
"they" will steal your sheep.

The problem isn't "them" it's all the many many "you's" that do not hold
anyone accountable for their actions, and who are so easily swayed by false
emotive arguments that simply do not add up to be reasonable or logical.

Apparently, the majority don't care, or don't understand the shell and pea
game being played for decades. I say apparently, because I don't really
know. But the lack of wisdom and insight is unnerving. As is repeating the
same old solutions that have clearly shown don't work. which is why recently
I posted a working definition of insanity. :)
