Its not the same thing as having a woman atop a patriarchic power
structure. Queens, and Maggie Thatcher, show us how they adapt to
whatever system is in place.
But when there's a critical mass of women in the system, the steep
pyramidal power structure gets flattened, there is more peer to peer
communication rather than going up to the top and then back down.
Consensus becomes more important than conviction.
