Since this is 'genocide', one way to deal with it is racist. And
in this case, I'd setup fertility clinics at the refugee camps for
the women where they can get impregnated with Nordic lines of the Y
chromosome. While the distinction in skin color is not visible to
us, it is to the Sudanese who claim to be Arab and not African.

By giving the women children with even lighter skin, as the mulatto
kids would be, we'd be doing them a favor that the terrorists had
not seen coming, and putting their own racism right back in their
faces.

Moreover, these kids will be raised in a challenging ecosystem; the
selected sperm lines would produce a generation that was smarter and
more adaptable. That fact would be recognized by outside sources of
grant money, and result in the resources needed to stabilize their
economic and social situation.

Part of the reason the Darfor situation has been so intractable is
that nobody had a vision for the future that moved towards some kind
of sustainability. The charities all go in there to feed the starving
babies, but nobody does anything to stabilize the populations. This,
in turn leads to over exploitation of the resource bases and the idea
that it is a less than zero sum game in which the only thing to do is
to butcher enuf people to make more available to the murderers.
