Hi Suzana,
When copying things from web pages to post to 'text' newsgroups I have found
that it often helps to first PASTE the info into a blank Notepad doc.
Usually this will retain a semblance of the formating spaces and columns,
without the html codes.
You may need to make a few editing adjustments in Notepad first, but when
you copy that info from the Notepad doc into Google [ an html page ] it will
retain the exact layout that you see in the Notepad doc.

The document "Propaganda Techniques" is based upon
"Appendix I: PSYOP Techniques" from "Psychological Operations
Field Manual No.33-1" published by Headquarters;
Department of the Army, in Washington DC, on 31 August 1979
Although this document was published by the US Army, the techniques
described are well known to those who practice propaganda. This is
evident through reading the recent posts of
