Last, but not least (in terms of mass, anyhow):

I'd say the leftard leadership is the fattest one in the US.
It's only natural. Fat guys in school always felt insecure
and inferior, which is the cause of envious "level the wealth"
thinking. So fat guys are usually leftards. Sure, then there's
the skinny leftard, who eats nothing but alfalfa sprouts, organic
granola, space cake, and yogurt with active E. Coli cultures.
Their frequent bike trips down to the corner co-op to pick up
incense and tie-dyed tarot cards left their prostates swollen
enough to make up for the weight though.

Another point: those rich fat guys above have the best health
care in the world, yet they are fat. It just goes to show you
that the quality of health care and obesity are causally
unconnected. Of course, KKKahill is incapable of rational
thought, so this will go unnoticed by him.

But evidently what KKKahill wants isn't health care, it's
