Why would I get dizzy?

Yes there are problems, the man in the video said that not being in
the moment is what creates many problems.

I meant the problems he was talking about in the video of not focusing
on the present moment but instead focusing on the dead past or the
imagined future. [too much or just enough that is] He did say
something like of course we need to use our memories and we need to
think about what may happen in order to make choices. Health as I was
using it means when is this presencing out of sync and unhealthy since
the goal is to remain focused in the moment.

This mind is simply the activities of the brain and thinking about the
future is the activities of particular parts of the brain, as forming
an image is a result of other parts of the brain. Is that what your
trying to say or are you promoting a dualism where some part of
experience is not a result of the activities of the brain, or is the
activities of the brain.

Whatever, its seems he would talk about how the brain produces
experience, but he is probably a dualist and believe that there is
something about the self that is not a result of merely the activities
of the brain. But anyone can think clearly about the idea that there
is only the present moment whether they believe in dualism or brain/
mind identity.
