Interesting take on basic psychology. But if the problems arise when
we forget we are in the moment or when we focus on some other moments,
are not we doing this forgetting and focusing on other moments in this
moment? We often remember and imagine other moments and sometimes this
can help us greatly in our lives, like if we remember something
special or imagines a way something could come out and then use the
memory of that assumed future moment in the next moment to solve
problems. So there must be good uses of other moments. I watched the
video but he didn't make a clear line between the healthy and
unhealthy uses of these abilities to break free from moments.
