Evolution?

Try this for hidden knowledge. Held back from the mainstream....

http://www.livescience.com/health/061115_neanderthal_dna.html
"Scientists find we are 99.5+%%, of the Neanderthal genome."

History Channel claims 99.9%%.......whoa....

1%% would account for our intelligence....

An interesting snippet from the above URL...

The findings also appear to refute speculations by some scientists
that Neanderthals and humans interbred in more recent times. "We
see no evidence of mixing 30,000 years ago in Europe," Rubin said.
"We don't exclude it, but from the data that we have, we have no
evidence that pages were ripped from one genome and put in the
other."

Pages? How convenient Almighty God....thanks....

"We don't eXclude it...." That's very good....

Now...you can include it....

The Neanderthal were around for 700,000 years. WOW!
Fascinating.....!

They ended up in Northern Israel 60,000 years ago. NOT by coincidence.> Never got any smarter, nor prettier.....

Fallacy Number One. Neanderthal man was somehow less human or less
intelligent than ourselves. This can never be determined, as they are
an extinct species of man. Since their brain capacity was near ours,
and their strength was greater (based on bone structure) they may have
been extremely intelligent and capable. Since they lasted as a species
for so long, there is no reason not to think this. What Hybrid does is
"ethnocentric" thinking. He claims great things for Cro-Magnon, but
claims Neanderthals were almost cave-dwelling monkeys. This is
absolutely not true. They were capable hunters and gatherers. Their
intellect might have been "different" than ours, just as ours is
different from dolphins or whales, very intelligent beings which
nevertheless have different paths of intellect than ours...

We know what their lifestyle was like....

And were intelligent enough where they cared for the
children, the sick, and elderly. Made crutches. Buried their dead
with 'services.' And ate meat and veggies......

But couldn't do letters and numbers....

eXtremely intelligent? Boy are you fried......

Their brain was more CC than our present brain. But they couldn't
do letters and numbers. Our smaller brain came from Cain. A
modern intelligent human head. He had commune with the Almighty.....

Not very pleasant talking too....fer shua....

No, you only believe you know what their lifestyle might have been
like. You cannot "know" because you were not there.

You have no evidence that they "could not do letters and numbers." You
only have lack of evidence of letters and numbers being useful or
valuable enough to them to recreate them on a lasting substance, such
as ivory or stone. You are therefore making conjectures based onlack
of evidence.

You don't seem to understand Cro Magnon is and was Homo Sapiens
Sapiens. They were modern humans. In fact most of them were better
specimens of the Homo species than most post-modern humans.

All animals learn. Especially mammals. However I have seen birds and
turtles learn. They are way better at it than you seem to be.
